Arai VX Pro 3 Interior Liners

All new Arai VX Pro 3 Helmets have removable interior liners to allow for easier cleaning and a custom fit, these are available for in 5mm, 7mm, 10mm and 12mm. The type II liners are for X-small and small helmets, type III are for medium and large helmets and type IV are for X-large and XX-large helmets. Arai VX Pro 3 Interior Liner Installation Tips:

The interior liner is secured to the helmet by 4 bosses, to remove undo the bosses by grasping the interior pad as close to the boss as possible. Observe orientation of front and back of the liner for replacement.

To replace the liner make sure it is in the correct orientation and place the 4 bosses over the receptacles. When they are lined up push the bosses until the click into place.

Arai VX Pro 3 Interior Liner Cleaning Tips:

Note: Never use petrol, thinner, benzene or any other solvents.

To wash the interior liner put it in lukewarm water with a small amount of laundry soap and gently wash by hand. Rinse well with fresh water and wipe off with a soft cloth. Air dry in the shade.
