Arai Helmet For Young drivers The FIA Institute and its partner Snell Memorial Foundation, have created a new
Youth Helmet Standard, specifically designed for youth aged seven to 18. The new Snell-FIA CM2007 will deliver safer, lighter helmets for young
drivers.
All Arai helmets meet or exceed Snell certifications.
SNELL STANDARDS FOR YOUNG DRIVERS AUTO RACING ONLY
Snell CMS2007
standard for Auto racing Helmets for Young Drivers ONLY
(this is a new standard for children
under 18)

Snell certification
SNELL STANDARDS FOR YOUNG DRIVERS KARTING ONLY
The
Commission Internationale de Karting (CIK) will recommend in 2009 and
mandate in 2010 that all drivers 15 and below are equipped with a
certified
youth helmet. Drivers aged 16 to 18 will have the choice of a youth
helmet or
adult helmet to CIK-FIA standards.
