The only Arai helmet supplied with Hans Post Anchors installed standard from the factory in the USA is the GP6 RC, all the other Arai Helmets come from the factory pre-drilled and have an integrated seat for the Hans Posts providing a flat surface for proper installation. Arai Hans Post Anchors Installation Tips:

Remove the cheek pads, DO NOT remove the liner, just gently pry the liner away from the shell and slide the nut washer using a small wrench, put a drop of thread locker sealant on the threads, hand tighten until the point of the post faces rearward, torque to 30 inch pounds or 3.4 newton meters.

Note: Only helmets fitted with Hans Posts from the factory can have the FIA certification sticker installed, we will be happy to order a helmet for you with the Hans Posts and FIA sticker already installed. Please contact us at sales@gphelmets.com to have this done.
