ARAI the Helmet Company is a family owned business started over 60 years ago. Three generations have committed themselves to the same goal: making the best, safest and most comfortable helmet possible. Every Arai helmet is virtually 100% handmade, and each one must go thru three separate quality control departments before it leaves the assembly line. Each helmet comes with a 5 year warranty and all helmets easily meet or exceed the worlds most stringent safety standards. From Moto GP to Formula 1, Arai is present in all forms of motor sports; motorcycle, karting, auto racing, no matter what type of racing, Arai has a helmet for you. Arai Cheek Pads Installation Tips:
Note: When removing the cheek pads we recommend doing only one side at a time so you can use the other side as a reference for re-installation.
Also, the GP6 RC ,GP6 PED, corsair V, RX-Q, XD3, and VX Pro 3 cheek pads have emergency removal tabs, these should not be use when replacing the cheek pads.
To remove the cheek pads, first undo the chinstrap, then pull pad towards the rear of the helmet, then inwards to release the tab and slide it off the strap.
To reinstall the cheek pads (left and right labels indicate the side of the helmet the pad in on when helmet is worn), slip the pad onto the strap, then place the rear tab towards the rear of the helmet and push it under the main padding, push the pad fully into place until the front tab snaps in place.
